Currently we only ship within the UK, mainland USA and Australia. We are looking at shipping to the rest of the world when we release more products. All shipping is tracked.

For our first drop, we are only offering a limited amount of sizing. This includes Small, Medium and Large. We are currently working on a larger range of sizing for our following releases, with an extra small and extra large available. However if you still do not see your size and are interested in one of our garments please do let us know! Email me at byredmeg@gmail.com

In short, yes you can return your item. We strongly discourage purchasing any of our items if you are not sure you are going to keep it, and especially if you are only planning on keeping it for a few weeks.

We understand that our pieces may not be everyone's style, or you may wish to try a different size instead, which is completely fine. We can always exchange a size for you as long as it is in stock.

At By Redmeg, we aim to create garments that people will love forever, and wear all year round, year in year out. None of our returns will ever be thrown away. All returns will be washed and carefully repackaged for someone else to purchase.

All original packaging has to be included for the garment to be accepted and given a full refund. Returns cannot be accepted after 28 working days.

All garments have their own care labels inside, sewn in to the seam.

For the knitted jumpers, we recommend hand washing only, and laying it on a flat surface to dry. Please do not tumble dry any of our knitwear. We do not accept any responsibility for damage to the garments if you do not follow the washing instructions.
